Terms and Conditions

Kelly Fleming, trading as MINDFULLY STYLED is registered in Australia with ABN 36 553 582 056.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Kelly Fleming trading as Mindfully Styled, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use these services.

2. Description of Services

Mindfully Styled services include personal styling, colour analysis, personal brand consultation and mindset coaching. Kelly Fleming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. Before commencing working with Kelly Fleming, trading as Mindfully Styled you agree to read the Mindfully Styled Disclosure Statement.

3. Payment

All invoices are to be paid within a 7 day time period. Services from Mindfully Styled will not commence until all invoices are paid in full. In the circumstances where you have entered a payment all invoices are to be paid in the timeframe that has been agreed upon with Kelly Fleming. All services will cease until invoices are paid.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use services provided by Kelly Fleming, trading as Mindfully Styled for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate the rights of third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on services provided by Kelly Fleming trading as Mindfully Styled including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mindfully Styled or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [company name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mindfully Styled, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kelly Fleming trading as Mindfully Styled reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
